Verizon’s 5G Home Internet Price is Going Up This Week, Act Now To Lock in $25 a Month Home Internet

Been thinking of testing out Verizon’s 5G Home Internet service? Right now, you can get fast 5G home internet from Verizon starting at just $25 a month, but if you wait until later this week, that price is going up to $50 a month. Today Verizon started to notify customers that after August 23rd, 2023, the current 50% off for Verizon Wireless customer’s offer will be ending, and they will need to pay full price. Verizon also posted a message on its site notifying customers of the upcoming change.

Update: Verizon has reached out to Cord Cutters News to confirm that Verizon Wireless customers on qualifying plans will still be able to get a discount on 5G Home Internet. The plans will now cost $35 a month for the Unlimited Welcome plan and $45 for the Unlimited Plus plan.

To get the $25 a month pricing, you need to have a qualifying 5G Mobile plan from Verizon and be signed up for auto pay along with paperless billing. With that, you can, for now, lock in your $25 a month home internet and a free year of NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube and YouTube TV.

Here is everything you need to know about Verizon’s 5G Home Internet:

The Two Plans

With Verizon’s 5G Home Internet, you get to pick from two options.  Both plans offer the same speeds, but there are some differences in the bonus you can get.

Verizon’s 5G Home starts at $25, offers a Wi-Fi 6 router, and comes with a 2-year price guarantee. After August 23rd, 2023, the price will start at $35 a month.

Verizon’s 5G Home Plus starts at $35 and offers a Wi-Fi 6 router, and comes with a 3-year price guarantee along with Verizon’s unlimited cloud backup. Plus, you can get 12 months of Walmart+ for free, along with $300 off a Verizon Stream TV Soundbar or Pro. After August 23rd, 2023, the price will go up to $70 a month.

Verizon’s 5G home internet starts at just $25 a month for the basic plan and $35 a month. The catch is you need a Verizon Wireless 5G Do More, 5G Play More, 5G Get More, and One Unlimited plan to get that price. After August 23rd, 2023 the prices start at $35 and $45 a month with autopsy and qualifying unlimited 5G plans.

There is no equipment fee, and depending on if you pick the 5G Home or 5G Home Plus plans, your price is guaranteed for 2 to 3 years.
