HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Spectrum is currently addressing an outage that has left customers across Texas without internet, cable or phone services.
The international broadband service provider confirmed the outage in a post on X at 1 p.m.
“We are aware of outage affecting customers in the Texas area,” Spectrum’s support team stated in a social media post. “We apologize for inconvenience and are working to resolve as quickly as possible.”
Spectrum did not provide an estimated time service restoration.
Spectrum announced in a second post on X at 3:35 p.m. they are actively working to restore services.
“Texas customers–we apologize for the outage affecting your Spectrum services, and thank you for your patience as our technicians continue to work to restore your services as quickly as possible,” the post stated.
It is undetermined whether the Spectrum outages are in relation to Beryl.
