Xiaomi’s Electric Scooter 6 Series Takes on Barcelona with Five New Models, Ultra Edition Packs 75km Range and Apple Find My Support
BARCELONA — Ahead of the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026, Xiaomi has unveiled its latest electric mobility lineup with the Electric Scooter 6 series, a diverse fleet of five new models designed to cater to a wide range of urban commuters and tech enthusiasts. The lineup includes the 6 Lite, 6, 6 Pro, 6 Max, and the flagship 6 Ultra, with prices starting at €329.99 and topping out at €799.99 (roughly $360 to $870).
Leading the charge is the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Ultra, a high-performance model engineered for both city streets and rugged terrain. It boasts an impressive maximum range of 75 kilometers on a single charge, making it one of the most capable electric scooters in its class. The 6 Ultra is fitted with 12-inch all-terrain tires, allowing riders to tackle uneven surfaces with confidence. Under the hood, a peak motor output of 1,200W delivers robust acceleration and hill-climbing ability.
In Germany, the scooter’s top speed is electronically limited to 20 km/h to comply with local e-scooter regulations. However, Xiaomi has integrated fast-charging technology that can replenish up to 30 kilometers of range in just one hour, minimizing downtime for daily commuters.
Safety and control are paramount in the 6 Ultra’s design. It features a comprehensive braking system with both front and rear disc brakes, electronic braking, anti-lock braking system (ABS), and traction control. A dual-arm suspension system ensures a smooth and stable ride, even on bumpy roads. Riders can monitor their journey on a 3-inch TFT display that provides real-time information on speed, battery life, and riding modes.
Connectivity is another highlight. The 6 Ultra supports Bluetooth pairing with Xiaomi’s Mi Home app, allowing users to customize settings, track rides, and receive firmware updates. In a move that sets it apart from many competitors, the scooter is also compatible with Apple’s Find My network, enabling users to locate their device if misplaced or stolen—a feature increasingly valued in urban environments.
The other models in the series—6 Lite, 6, 6 Pro, and 6 Max—offer a spectrum of features and price points, ensuring there’s an option for every rider, from casual users to daily commuters seeking advanced functionality.
Xiaomi’s expansion into electric scooters underscores its commitment to sustainable urban mobility and smart technology integration. With the Electric Scooter 6 series, the company is not only pushing the boundaries of performance and convenience but also reinforcing its position as a leader in the global tech and mobility sectors.
The new scooters are expected to roll out in European markets starting in the coming months, with availability expanding to other regions thereafter.
