A tennis-ball-sized LED array that blazes with a staggering 120,000 lumens, making it bright enough to rival parking lot floodlights. For context, your typical household bulb only pumps out about 1,000 lumens. This is not your average desk lamp—it’s a portable artificial sun.

At a cost of around $1,300, this LED beast draws up to 1.5 kW of power and generates an immense amount of heat. The challenge? The design centers around a hexagonal coolant reservoir that doubles as a heat sink for six voltage regulator boards.
