Mos Health secures $1.1M to expand personalised health offerings

AI-Powered Health Startup Mos Health Secures $1.1M to Revolutionize Personalized Wellness

In a bold move that could reshape the future of personalized health, Polish-American startup Mos Health has raised $1.1 million in a pre-seed funding round, positioning itself at the forefront of AI-driven wellness solutions. The round was co-led by SMOK Ventures and Movens Capital, with additional backing from notable investors including Tomasz Karwatka, Piotr Karwatka, and Anna Lankauf. This investment marks a significant milestone for the company, which is on a mission to bridge the gap between health knowledge and actionable, personalized protocols.

The Problem: Knowledge Isn’t Enough

Despite the abundance of health information available today, the reality is stark: only 25% of U.S. adults meet the recommended activity levels, and most diets fail due to low adherence. Mos Health identifies this as an “execution gap”—the disconnect between knowing what to do and actually doing it. The company’s founder and CEO, Patrycja Brzozowska, knows this challenge firsthand. “Generic advice is often not enough,” she explains. “We are building a system that uses personal data and reduces friction in day-to-day execution.”

The Solution: AI Meets Personalization

Mos Health’s platform is built around two integrated components designed to work in harmony. First, the AI Health Partner app leverages advanced algorithms to analyze data from multiple sources, including sleep patterns, nutrition habits, lab test results, and wearable devices like the Apple Watch and Oura ring. This data-driven approach allows the app to generate highly personalized health protocols tailored to each user’s unique needs.

But Mos Health doesn’t stop at recommendations. To ensure users can act on the advice, the company has developed a proprietary line of supplements, manufactured in partnership with a U.S.-based producer. These supplements are designed to complement the app’s protocols, making it easier for users to implement and sustain healthy changes.

Targeting the Workplace: A Strategic Launch

Mos Health is launching in the U.S. with a B2B2C model, targeting employers who want to offer personalized health protocols and supplements as part of their employee benefits packages. This approach taps into a growing trend of companies investing in employee wellness to boost productivity, reduce healthcare costs, and improve retention.

Paweł Chrzan, co-founder of Mos Health, sees the U.S. market as an ideal launchpad. “The market enables faster adoption of innovation by companies and users,” he notes. “The employee benefits model aligns well with our approach, as the workplace is often where sustainable lifestyle changes can be introduced.” By embedding wellness into the fabric of daily work life, Mos Health aims to make healthy living not just aspirational but achievable.

The Road Ahead: Building the Future of Health

With the new funding, Mos Health plans to develop its minimum viable product (MVP), advance its core technology, and begin initial deployments in the U.S. The company’s vision is ambitious: to create a world where personalized health is not a luxury but a standard, accessible to all.

As the wellness industry continues to evolve, Mos Health’s innovative approach—combining AI, personalization, and practical tools—could set a new benchmark for how we think about health and lifestyle. By addressing the execution gap head-on, Mos Health is not just building a product; it’s building a movement.
