Based on these findings, we firmly believe it can, and we should start to act on the new knowledge we have.”
The trials, which lasted an average of 16 weeks, demonstrated that omega-3’s benefits extend beyond just reducing aggression. The fatty acids are known to reduce inflammation, support brain health, and even lower the risk of fatal heart attacks and strokes. For parents seeking solutions for aggressive children, Raine suggests that adding an extra portion of fish to the weekly diet could complement other treatments.
