It can also answer complex questions by tapping into your company’s internal knowledge base, drawing from past meeting discussions, and even performing web searches. “The way I describe our solution is that when you are bringing on a new employee, you train them,” said CEO David Shim in an interview with TechCrunch. “When you add Ada to your workflow and connect more services to give more context, it starts to ramp up and handle more tasks for you.”
This vision is already resonating with users. Read AI now boasts over 5 million monthly active users, with plans to double that figure to 10 million. The platform sees 50,000 new sign-ups every day, and an additional 100,000 users consume its content — like meeting summaries — without even creating an account.
Global Growth and Expanding Capabilities
While the U.S. remains Read AI’s largest market, the company is experiencing strong international growth. Although 60% of its users are outside the U.S., revenue is split roughly equally between domestic and international markets.
