Microsoft Releases Windows 11 February 2026 Patch Tuesday Update with Major New Features and Fixes
Microsoft has officially rolled out the February 2026 Patch Tuesday updates for Windows 11, delivering critical security patches alongside a host of new features and bug fixes. How to Install the Update
To install the update, navigate to Start > Settings > Windows Update and click on ‘Check for Updates’. Alternatively, you can manually download and install the update from the Microsoft Update Catalog.
Build Numbers
After installing the update, Windows 11 25H2 will have its build number changed to Build 26200.7840 (or 26100.7840 for 24H2), and 23H2 will be updated to 226×1.6050.
