Alongside sleep tracking including Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and resting heart rate, the Daily Readiness Score should provide information on physical and mental recovery. Furthermore, combining data from the ring and smartwatch via the Zepp app enables comprehensive 24/7 monitoring, including analysis and AI-based instructions for optimal recovery. It also integrates with other apps and communities such as Adidas Running, Strava, Komoot, Relive, Google Fit and Apple Health.
