Investigators in Russell County say main line damage in the Hansonville area has impacted phone and internet service for some Point Broadband Customers.
The Russell County Sheriff’s Office says calls to 911 should be used in emergency situations only.
Non-emergency calls will be answered by the sheriff’s office once service has been restored.
There is no word yet on how long it will take crews to repair the issue.
